Today, my scheduled appointment was 1 pm. Javier came early and started working immediately on my furnace problem. He explained the reason why my furnace was not working. The problem was that the original part called “hot surface ignitor” needed to be replaced. After installing the part, he turned on the furnace and it was working normally again. He answered all my questions cordially. Also, Javier was very polite and neat while doing his job!
