Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We chose Schmitt Heating and Air Conditioning because of their excellent reviews, and now I understand why.

I called to schedule routine maintenance on our home unit, and Saul arrived right on time. He explained what he was going to do and then came back to let me know that our unit was already very clean and didn’t actually need any maintenance. He told me he would speak with management about reducing the charge since there was nothing that needed to be done.

A few minutes after he left, Saul called to let me know that they had decided not to charge us for the visit at all.

I was genuinely impressed by the honesty, professionalism, and integrity. It would have been very easy to perform unnecessary work or simply charge us for the visit, and instead they did the right thing. I’m very grateful and will absolutely call Schmitt Heating when we need service in the future. Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've had several HVAC companies service our heat pump system, and Schmitt was leagues above the competition. They even were able to reduce the noise/speed of our air handler fan, a daily nuisance, that the other HVAC companies said could not be changed. Schmitt will absolutely be our go-to in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have used and trusted Schmitt heating for several years. They installed my first furnace 30-plus years ago and recently installed a new, more efficient system. They have always responded to service requests in a friendly and timely manner, arrived as scheduled and stayed until everything was perfectly completed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They were very professional in making the reservation and assisting with the inquiries. They come highly recommended by the building managers and I can see why. I will definitely reach out to them in the future with any needs regarding HVAC.
